Getting in is possible, but turning around and parking is the problem, so we usually assign a minibus for anything inside the village. For a larger group we drop at a spot with room to maneuver and run a shuttle the last few blocks.
Oakland (OAK, about 25 road miles), San Francisco (SFO, about 28 miles over the Bay Bridge) and San Jose (SJC, about 60 miles). Flights are tracked, and for an SFO group we can start the coach from our South San Francisco yard, which takes the cross-bay deadhead off your quote.
